For fellow Canadian storytellers, Udaipur offers a lesson in intentional design. Every detail, from the symmetry of palace windows to the rhythm of local music, shows how culture shapes aesthetic choices. When I build websites or craft visual content, I try to channel that same intentionality.

Whether you’re designing a homepage, writing a blog post, or choosing images for your brand, think about what story you’re telling. What colours reflect your values? What textures evoke your journey? What places, real or imagined, help you feel connected?

🎾 Women’s (WTA 250):
The women’s draw included a mix of established stars and rising talent such as Elina Svitolina (who went on to win the title), Emma Navarro, Iva Jovic, Alexandra “Alex” Eala, Magda Linette, Janice Tjen and Wang Xinyu — among others seeded in the main draw. Former world No.1 Venus Williams also featured as a wildcard entrant.

🎾 Men’s (ATP 250):
The men’s event featured top seeds and notable names including Ben Shelton, Casper Ruud, Jakub Menšík (who won the men’s title), Luciano Darderi, Cameron Norrie, Alex Michelsen, Sebastián Báez, Nuno Borges, Fabian Marozsan, Jenson Brooksby, Tomas Martin Etcheverry and others in the main draw. Veteran Gaël Monfils also competed, opening his final season in Auckland.
